At Higgstec, we believe exceptional teams don't just collaborate on the job—they build deeper connections beyond the office. For over two years, we've leased sports facilities at the Lizhe Industrial Park Service Center, providing our colleagues with a comfortable and safe environment to gather on weekends for basketball, badminton, and other activities. Through sports, our team manages stress and cultivates healthy lifestyle habits.
What makes this initiative especially meaningful is how it has naturally become part of our company culture. Every weekend, colleagues gather to play basketball or badminton, and many bring their families and children to join the fun. It has become more than a sports venue—it's a place where friendships grow, families connect, and colleagues from different departments spend quality time together.
Recently, our employees took the initiative to organize their own badminton tournament. From planning the tournament bracket and creating the match board by hand to preparing small prizes for participants, everything was driven by the team itself. The enthusiasm and teamwork on display reflected the spirit that defines Higgstec every day.
